19th EUROPEAN PUBLIC HEALTH CONFERENCE

URBAN AND GLOBAL SYNERGIES: SHAPING THE FUTURE OF PUBLIC HEALTH WITH CLIMATE RESILIENCE, EQUITY AND INNOVATION

About the Conference

With abstract submissions now closed and key milestones on the horizon, there is no better time to engage with EPH2026 than now. Registration is open — secure your place today and join us in Bilbao this November!

Abstract and workshop submissions

We are pleased to announce that we received 3,508 abstracts and 384 workshop proposals — the highest submission numbers for EPH Conference to date. This strong turnout underscores the ongoing commitment of Europe’s public health community.

What happens next?

  1. Each abstract will be reviewed by 4–5 members of the International Scientific Committee, selected for their topic expertise.
  2. After scoring is complete, the EPH Conference Executive Board will establish acceptance thresholds for each category and determine the final programme.
  3. Submitters can expect notification of outcomes in the second week of June (10 June) via email.

Thank you to everyone who contributed—your research and insights are the heart of the Conference.

Some colleagues have received a “speaker invitation” email referencing a virtual event on 17–18 May 2025 that is not connected to our EPH Conference.

Please note:

  • Our only official dates are 12–14 November 2025 in Helsinki, Finland
  • All registrations and ticket sales go directly through our website
